I used my family to help me create my first frame! I went to Janna’s to use her saw and left over wood. I explained the idea and she helped me plan out the concept. We cut our larger pieces to match in length and two shorter pieces to hold them together. With a little wood glue and a nail gun, the price was easy to construct. We used Justin’s graduation picture to get an idea of how the frame will display my future picture.
The frame needed a little distressing so Brian and the kiddos helped with denting and smacking the piece. After a little stain and some finishing embellishments I found the perfect picture to complement the new frame!
I really enjoyed making the frame and seeing my idea come to life. I will write more in future blogs about my Handmade projects from my Etsy shop: https://www.etsy.com/shop/JordanArtCreations
